Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings – Feel Good Music

If you love the original sound of funk/soul music from the mid-1960s to the mid-1970s, this band will not disappoint you! Throw back feel good music at its best by Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings! I am still mad I missed seeing them perform live in NY this summer!

Signed to Daptone Records they really give you that old school feel, also by using traditional analog recording equipment. The video for “100 Days, 100 Nights” was actually shot with two vintage TV cameras bought on E-Bay for $50 each, directed by Adam Elias Buncher. This shows you how you can create affordable greatness by simply being creative.
